<p>Tanning beds are not good for your skin, so it is important to avoid them. There is no way to tan safely. Many beds are marketed to be a safe way to tan but they really are not. Regardless of the type of UV ray emitted, it is still radiation! Tanning beds cause premature aging and can increase the risk of developing skin cancer.</p>
<p>Too much washing of the hands can dry your skin out. Make sure you dry your hands with a clean cloth and apply moisturizer on them. You skin will appreciate it. Keeping a smaller sized lotion on hand will help you when you have to wash your hands in public.</p>

<p>Refrain from making use of regular bar soap for your face. Soap bars are intended for cleaning skin from the neck down, but not your face. Your coping mechanisms need to be something that you intentionally use, and can include things like positive statements which are when you tell yourself to relax as you begin experiencing stress. Choosing to see the positives in difficult situations is a coping strategy that can keep you from becoming overly burdened with stressful feelings.</p>
